Extract init-neutral unit resolution into service/, add initsys.Init with systemd, openrc and runit backends, selected by 'init:' config or autodetect. OpenRC and runit are root only; rootless units run as system services as that user. Add docs and generated examples for all three.
Add runtime: script (shell file, default /bin/bash, optional stop_script) and runtime: exec (executable with args, optional stop_executable). Both support service_type simple|oneshot and working_dir.
- syncup: podman first, docker only as fallback (podman wins on name clash;
existing docker units found in podman switch to podman)
- syncup: group podman-compose containers into one `kind: stack` unit per
project (project, working_dir, compose_files, compose_bin from labels);
disable existing member units ("part of stack <project>")
