Continuation delivery update for wdevs/relspecgo#34.

Additional correctness fixes after independent review:

  • MySQL writer imports the driver itself so standalone live-writer use registers database/sql.
  • Live writer execution renders DDL without recursively re-entering connection mode.
  • Leading generated SQL comments are stripped before execution, so the first CREATE TABLE is not skipped.
  • Added focused regression coverage for comment stripping.

Verification rerun with GOTMPDIR=/home/hermes/.tmp and GOCACHE=/home/hermes/.cache/go:

  • go test ./pkg/readers/mysql ./pkg/writers/mysql ./cmd/relspec — PASS
  • go test ./... — PASS
  • go vet ./... — PASS
  • go build -o /home/hermes/.tmp/relspec-issue34 ./cmd/relspec — PASS
  • git diff --check — PASS
  • git ls-remote origin refs/heads/issue-34-mysql-driver matches the latest commit above.

No live external MySQL server was required or available for the focused offline tests; live connection paths are implemented but not integration-tested against a running server.
