Delivery for #36: PR #47, branch issue-36-type-mapping, SHA 948419ffd3.

Adds a repeatable --type-map sqltype=gotype flag (WriterOptions.TypeMappings) overriding SQL-to-Go types in the bun and gorm writers; defaults unchanged.

Verification: gofmt clean, go vet ./cmd/... ./pkg/writers/... clean, go test ./pkg/writers/... ./cmd/... passes (new tests for the parser and both mappers). Full repo test run and golangci-lint were not run.

Caveats: bun/gorm only; flag only (no config file); no import generation for package-qualified types; no end-to-end CLI run (binary execution needed approval in this environment).
