Adds relspec batch (one output per input, globs, --keep-going, --dry-run).
Verification: gofmt clean; go vet ./cmd/... clean; go test ./cmd/... ok; 5 new batch tests pass.
Caveats: only ./cmd tests run (not full suite); file-based sources only (no live DB); --extra-fields not exposed.
