Worker follow-up: PR #43 #43 | branch issue-40-tui | SHA 9c7923b7c0 (ls-remote matches). Adds TUI menu entries Manage Indexes/Views/Sequences/Scripts and a Tables button in the domain editor for domain/table assignment. Verification: go build ./..., go vet ./pkg/ui, go test -race ./pkg/ui ./pkg/models, go fmt, git diff --check all pass; new table-driven tests cover the data ops. Blockers/limits: screens not exercised interactively (no TTY); golangci-lint/gofumpt not run; sequence owned-by, view columns and index include/concurrent are not editable in the TUI; target schema/table is chosen at creation only.
