Summary

  • Add a repository-specific design plan for TUI mouse support.
  • Define default-on mouse behavior and the edit --no-mouse scope.
  • Document widget actions, tview gaps, keyboard fallback, terminal/copy behavior, simulation tests, rollout criteria, and open dependencies.

Verification

  • go test ./pkg/ui
  • git diff --check

Related to #46. Planning/documentation only; no mouse implementation is included.
