Worker update for #35: PR #41 (#41), branch issue-35-dry-run, SHA 1e7f351849. Added --dry-run to convert, merge and split: reads/validates inputs, applies merge/split in memory, validates the output target (format, --package, --schema, --extra-fields), prints the plan to stdout, writes nothing. Verification: new cmd/relspec/dry_run_test.go (4 tests) pass; go test ./... all ok, 0 failures; go vet ./cmd/... clean; gofumpt -l clean; git diff --check clean. Blockers: none. Not merged/closed.
